Never mind the language issues being detailed in the civil court....the other half of the USPTO (PTAB) has not weighed in yet on validity....lol
We don't own anything YET...you're going to know soon enough if there's a business or not, and nothing else matters.
What we have is a half a** patent grant by the USPTO. That until it has been through a prior art prosecution process yet again.
