After all of this time talking, guessing and just watching from the sidelines, I personally have learned a great deal about the tech. industry and just how complex it really is...

I wonder if some realize that everyone at E.digital ( including the BOD ) already understand the scope of the task at hand?

1) limited future income from existing sources

2) the true need of a very good & capable law firm , which won't and in my opinion doesn't need to backdown

3) getting the patents through all of the needed processes to the desired end result

4) don't we realize also that Handal already knew and probably has helped to direct the direction that the defendants have grabbed onto ( markman / ipr )

5) and the need to get through both finally without settling ( which I also believe Handal has been working toward for quite some time ) ( can't do this without $ & that is where previous settlements had to come in )

6) Edigital ( and all of us ) doesn't want to continue to go forward guessing whether or not the patents are hardened as Doni has explained!

To not know puts everyone and the future of Edigital at stake...
