Doni, next question if you do not mind--IYO will the panel that is deciding whether or not an IPR is warranted, take into consideration the results of this claims construction hearing? There were initially 12 disputed claims(I believe), 6 were agreed upon by the parties prior to the hearing, of the 6 remaining it seems as though Edig won 4, 1 was agreed upon by the parties, and the defendant won 1. Will the panel look at these results and base their decision all or in part based on those results?
