The judge has already detailed the claims meanings...Why or how would he change his mind on this matter?

Thing is, this judge reminded the parties, during the claims hearing, he does, in fact, change his mind and made that known. However, his changing of mind had to do with his verbal considerations made during the hearing, and then formulating his final considerations that may not be the same made verbally.

Nothing is going to change with the claims limitations formulated.
