First of all, no one knows where the price of any stock will be at the end of the week or the end of the year. Guessing on when or if it will be 10 cents is futile. IMO, the ruling was a very positive step in the right direction. A step that had to be made before we could take the next important one, either the request for an IPR being denied(which would be huge) or the holding of an IPR and having that come out in our favor. Anywhere along the line their could be a settlement and a license. However, the farther we can take this ie. win an IPR and then a win in court, the stronger it would make the Nunchi patents and the more valuable they would become. If more good things keep happening the defendant will want to settle and it becomes a balancing act as to deciding whether to take a lesser amount earlier on or play it out and try to get more value.
