Well, it looks as if EDIG THURSDAY will be FRED'S P.R. day ... (hopefully) I'm very pleased with the Claims Construction Order and want everyone else to know what we know.

The NUNCHI patents will be e.Digital's GOLDEN GOOSE, just wait and see.... in my most humble opinion, of course.

And last but not least, HANDAL & ASSOCIATES did an EXCELLENT JOB with the Claims Construction Hearing. They were extremely prepared in every technical aspect of the hearing and e.Digital is very fortunate to have them defending the NUNCHI PATENTS.
