WOW! So we are waiting to hear if the IPR is going to be allowed. I believe it was requested in July. However, if the panel grants the request for the hearing they do no give an answer for one year which could be extended 6 months for good cause. IMO, we do not have 12-18 months for an answer and delaying the monetization of Nunchi for that period. It seems critical to me that the hearing not be granted, in which case we are off and running. Iam, could be wrong, but I thought that the decision to hold the IPR or not usually is made within 6 months--if true, within the next month.
