Message: Inter Parties Review my interpretations only

An inter partes review may be instituted upon a showing that there is a reasonable likelihood that the petitioner would prevail with respect to at least one claim challenged. In a previous post by Iam I answered the question of Iam regarding timelines of the IPR process by posting a copy from the USPTO website for others to become knowlegeable of the process.

The filing of the request is by a third party and not in this case eDigital. The third party filing, by Dropcam at this point has "NOT" been granted a IPR. A decision to grant IPR based upon a reasonable likelihood that the petitioner (Dropcam) would prevail with respect to at least one claim challenged has "NOT" been made.

Additionally, the completed Markman Decision of the "NUNCHI PATENTS" Inserted in THIS CASE" deamed favorable to eDigital have been submitted by eDigital to the USPTO as supporting evidence to be used if necessary during a " IPR GRANT" review. IMHO the eDigital Team is navigating the venues of the US District Courts and USPTO with "Diligence".
