We do need money pretty darn soon--we do have a little bit of leverage--no IPR hearing would give us more--but IMO won't get the big bucks unless we prevail in a court of law, which takes time. So maybe settle with a few to keep things going and push all the way to the courts with the others? Up to Fred and Anton.
