BLR...
Companies like MSFT, and there are many, never had a problem, because the industry then was in its infancy, there is no comparison to what it has evolved to today.
Those companies have built to such scale....they run the show. They control many of the smaller companies selling and servicing the many empires of technology.
Once upon a time, MSFT, owned the rights to HDD technology lock. stock and barrel.....with its software BIOS....and a whole industry tuned to it.
What e.Digital was initially trying to harness, with FlashR , was similar to that MSFT scenario.
What e.Digital is now trying to harness, IMO, dwarfs FlashR and MSFT BIOS.
The industry, as a whole, see it ....and as we chat...they are launching efforts to try and establish the "Internet of things" as an unapproachable theme of business due to share size.
They all see e.Digitals patents and they will try and squash them through economy of scale......together.....ironically using e.Digitals prior IP issues.
IMO, if e.Digital is successful ...it will be a miracle. Because I feel politics will play in, just like it did with FlashR.
e.Digital is not trying to sell anything at the moment...all efforts are in trying to establish NUNCHI through litigation and re-prosecution efforts.
All I want to see happen, that they get every ounce of use that the NUNCHI platform can prescribe....period.
