Message: Robarts and also Milluzo

sman...For the Jolliff, Jager issues:

Jolliff has a patent for simple static logic table...The line items of the logic table are inefficient due to redundant sensor data. Its offered that Jager corrects that inefficiency .....As noted by the petitioners expert....

RE: Purcell..."However, the declaration of Dropcam’s expert, Mr. Williams, on which Dropcam relies to support its “motivation to combine” argument is entirely conclusory on the issue. Mr. Williams dedicates a lengthy paragraph illustrating what he perceives as the inefficiency of the “selection logic table” of Jolliff and then simply concludes that a person of ordinary skill in the art at the time of the invention would have sought out more efficient methods."

A reasoning to combine the methods to correct the logic table....by one of ordinary skill.

What you are looking at is the same type consideration to combine Miluzzo / Robarts

Miluzo has inefficiency that can be corrected by Robarts....the suggestion is one of ordinary skill would have combined the two.

For the two comparisons it's not going to be that simple a consideration. There are many misleading issues that Purcell points out regarding the Jolliff, Jager considerations.
