For negotiations to be fair ....At the moment, in the civil case e.Digital has a fairly played and favorable claims ruling.....However, negotiations can not simply be considered on that bases alone,... like it was in the past..

It now takes the IPR issues to be considered. At the moment, in this arena, the only consideration is a preliminary response by Purcell.

Purcell has until 3-23-16 to file a more definitive response. The defendant wanted a "Mediation deadline 3/14/2016" where this date consideration would not allow e.Digital the benefit of full detail....in negotiations.

e.Digital now has the proper time allotment to prepare a proper response....and for it to be considered in negotations.
