SMAN I agree it's too late in the game for ArcSolft to file a IPR prior to the scheduled "Markman". However, it's not to late to file the request post "Jury Trial". IMHO ArcSolft is attempting to follow in lock step the "Dropcam case". We have seen this and other simular events regarding "Flash Patent Litigation".
