IMHO, this is an EXTREMELY IMPORTANT issue and is NOT being taken lightly by either party. A lot is at stake. e.Digital has the patent (unless the IPR finds it non-patentable) that will either make us or break us. I honestly think the odds are against us but we have a great team representing us. I am HOPING we get a FAIR SHAKE by the judicial system and the PTAB. Which that in itself is like fighting a two headed snake...lol... chop off one head and the other head can still kill you.
