Support from the government powers and courts to thwart the rights of small patent holders and become a Giant.... and now as a result of that support the big A seems to be saying to its backers what it says to many, "we are in charge, not you". Two giants battling it out. Both claim it's to protect the little guy, IMO. Who is right and who will "win"?
