Many "debates" as to what was a reasonable expectation before this IP produced income.

I visited the office several months before these patents were approved. Fred explained he did not expect the technology, in the patent pending state at that time, to "mature" for 3 years or more once approved.

In our angst, after approval, that was not good enough. ....

Well, his prediction was right.

Unfortunately, the thieves grabbed it without a license, so we had to do it the hard way for starters.

My guess is, much less litigation from here on.

Once we clear the current suits, seems better things ahead...imo of course, LGJ
