A big part of the 108 arguments was Handal emphatically making the court understand the difference between bitmapping and what the proprietary issues are.

And even though there are differences.....the patents are not barred form utilizing bit mapping because of proprietary issues.....in fact, the patent specs spell out that bitmapping can be utilized....and Handal emphatically had to pointed out the language.

They have to win on both considerations...proprietary considerations and status quo methods....in order to cover ALL the bases.....allowing for NO defense arguments between the two.

Thing is, after all that, congress steps in forming new fences for defendants.....lol.

e.Digital needs to now keep the fence up...climb over it....and stick the fence up their ***.

Do that and we are golden.

I patently wait, and a few settlements, as recently concluded, help ease the pain.
