Is there anyone here having a problem understanding the motion doc 7 entered 7-11-2015, as to Handal requesting to be excepted to sit before the PTAB panel on behalf of e.Digital?

Well, as of a phone conversation yesterday, 3-15-2015, apparently Purcell/Handal had to find out what's happening with the motion.... where they were instructed to re-file a new motion....

Not an over whelming issue to understand.....take your pick as to reasons to be concerned.

blatant ignore of the initial motion...
