I was hoping that Mary Fales would take a lead role in the IPR process. It looks as if my hopes may come true. I can't think of anyone better suited for this role than the patent agent for the NUNCHI patents. As a bonus, she is a patent attorney.

I really hope for the best this time around. It seems that e.Digital has learned a lot about the patent process....LOL
