A conference call in the above proceedings was held on April 1, 2016,
among respective counsel for Petitioner and Patent Owner, and Judges
Turner, Jung, and Parvis. During that call, we authorized Patent Owner’s
filing of motions to withdraw counsel. Patent Owner has filed a Motion to
Withdraw Counsel, under 37 C.F.R. § 42.10(e), in each of the proceedings
above. IPR2015-01470, Paper 20; IPR2015-01471, Paper 19; IPR2015-
01472, Paper 19; IPR2015-01473, Paper 19; IPR2015-01474, Paper 19;
IPR2015-001475, Paper 19.
In each Motion to Withdraw Counsel, Petitioner requests that former
counsel—namely, Messrs. Robert E. Purcell and Jerry Kearns—be
withdrawn as counsel for Patent Owner. See, e.g., IPR2015-01471, Paper
19.2 In each proceeding, Patent Owner also filed a power of attorney
appointing Ms. Mary A. Fales as lead counsel and Mr. Anton Nasri Handal

IPR2015-01472, Paper 16; IPR2015-01473, Paper 16; IPR2015-01474,
Paper 16; IPR2015-01475, Paper 16. Patent Owner additionally filed an
updated Mandatory Notice, under 37 C.F.R. § 42.8, designating Ms. Mary
A. Fales as lead counsel and Mr. Anton Nasri Handal as back-up counsel.
