High Court Could Make AIA Reviews Tougher For Challengers

Law360, New York (April 21, 2016, 2:01 PM ET) -- A case set for argument Monday at the U.S. Supreme Court could reshape America Invents Act reviews by changing the claim construction standard for the proceedings to one in which patents may be more likely to survive and allowing more issues to be raised on appeal.
