PTAB AIA Amendment Scorecard Shows 6 Grants, 112 Denials

Law360, New York (May 9, 2016, 9:58 PM ET) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office said Monday that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board has at least partially granted six motions to amend patents in America Invents Act reviews to date and denied 112, shedding light on one of the more contentious aspects of AIA proceedings.
