Anyhow. I cant say i am en expert on EDIG patents or the process of the challenges involved. Reading this board and being a long time (suffering) EDIG holder, i never quite understood why there are so many ways to challenge a patent; even after the difficult process of getting it approved.

I am a lawyer and I love that the supreme court has questions regarding this process. The supreme court could make a ruling that would redefine the challenge of any patent. The quotes from that one justice make me feel as if truely dont understand why this system was put in place.

I hear Lawyerlong is buying back in, total joke. :) anyhow, come on EDIG lets see some price increase.
