All because of a manner to wrap vast amounts data efficiently with organizationally features ....something that the industry talking heads never talk about. How does the industry manage all this vast data initially created on the fly by sensors...etc?

A non-traditional type paging operating system that operates @ a levels never anticipated.

It's driving them all to run in many directions without any real direction.

e.Digital is... the IOT... if the Supreme Court can see what is taking place with the patent system, GOOGLE now owns it and is involved in AIA legislation.

Lets hope that our Constitutional standards ....stand the test of time.

Simply, the USPTO should not be in charge of property rights after it has been approved and created.
