High Court Urged To Weigh AIA Reviews' Legality

Law360, New York (June 1, 2016, 4:24 PM ET) -- Eight amicus briefs have been filed urging the U.S. Supreme Court to hear a case brought by the owner of a flash memory patent against Hewlett-Packard Co. so the justices can rule on whether reviews under the America Invents Act are constitutional.
