BLR's a good sort...always has been...

"The Supreme Court's decision is supposed to come in "June." If this is just pushing everything back a month..."

UteSam....as BLR suggests....it could be....it's e.Digitals choice in this matter to give an extra 30 days for the petitioners response..

Thing about that choice, e.Digital gave up 30 days to study on the response leading into the next due date ... July 22nd to August 15, 2016, giving them 24 days to study and prepare for whatever the response contends....which looks like they can't respond to directly anyway.

Why they gave it up is anyone's guess....
