As for patent 9178983 issued 11-03-2015... I suggest that board members read the following documents in the following order regarding prior art issues e.g Miluzzo...:etc

The IDS (Post prior art citing) noted below was brought to the examiners attention 8-12-15 after the examiner had already made a determination to approve 7-7-15. The Information contained in the IDS was brought to e.Digitals attention.... 6-24-2015(Google IPR)....or just in front of examiners initial considerations.

The examiner is very much a person of skill in the art.....and saw no reason to combine Robarts (noted in the IDR ) with Miluzzo a noted citing which is specifically discounted in examiner remarks leading into the initial approval of patent.

The Petitioner(Google) has the consideration that the Miluzzo-Robarts combination is very much an obvious issue to combine by.... one of ordinary skill in the art.... there by nullifying e.Digital issues.
