Justices' Backing Of PTAB To Spawn New AIA Review Fights

Law360, New York (June 20, 2016, 10:21 PM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court’s first-ever decision on America Invents Act reviews on Monday blessed the Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s approach to the proceedings, but attorneys expect it will lead to new debates and strategizing over the proper claim construction standard and what parts of AIA decisions can be appealed.
