BREAKING: High Court Refuses To Change PTAB Claim Construction Test

Law360, New York (June 20, 2016, 10:25 AM ET) -- The U.S. Supreme Court decided Monday that the Patent Trial and Appeal Board can continue to use a claim construction standard to review patents in America Invents Act reviews that is different from the one used in district court, rejecting arguments that the two standards should be aligned.
