The process does seem unfair, unjust and an extraordary burden placed on the patent holder.

But, here we are. We'll know where we stand fairly soon.

Perhaps, however when we do receive that favorable IPR ruling we'll finally see a real drive for value creation on multiple fronts via licenses, settlements, jury awards or an offer/acquisition.
