I would imagine the company could drastically reduce expenditures if necessary to hold off. I would also imagine that there is a plan in place. You're guess is as good as mine as to what it is. A second interested company, in a purchase situation, would certainly strenghten edig's position. I'm willing to bet if one company is interested there are others.
