We're uncertain the levels of licensing fees we'll receive from the one publically announced licensed and we're also uncertain of any other licenses that may be in place and just not announced.

Regardless, as it is their primary fiduciary responsibility, my guess is the BOD and management have a plan in place to sustain the company financially until the IPR decision is announced.

IMO, we receive a favorable ruling and it will be more than just Samsung that will be interested and they would not have the luxury of " waiting us out" due to our weakened financial position.

However, I don't want to think about what any of this looks like should we not receive a favorable IPR ruling later this year.
