Well, one thing is for certain...MSFT is not getting its IP advanced through e.Digital vs. Miluzzo/Robarts.
No telling who fears what....but I would say, Google through the IPR of 522 would gain nothing , absolutely nothing....and would lose to MSFT in one direction and e.Digital in the other.
Perhaps this was recently weighed and never considered when filing application for IPR against 522.
Why would Google put MSFT in the drivers seat?
