IMHO Ivideon had been avoiding eDigitals Motion for DEFAULT. The Federal Northern District Court Judge Jon S. Tigar refused to approve the first motion asking why should this case not be "Stayed" Pending IPR of Dropcam. Now that the Dropcam Case has been motioned for "Dismissal" the case should move forward tward a resolve. IMHO
