Message: Google Blinked FIrst? Maybe so.

Personally, I think it was GOOGLE that blinked first in this stare down contest. I agree with DONI. I really feel that EDIG was ALL-IN until GOOGLE decided it was to their advantage to end this IPR as soon as possible. So, if this is the case, then HANDAL & Associates just went with the flow and did what they do best... NEGOTIATE. But this time, they held the winning cards... in my opinion, of course. I could be completely and totally wrong and it would not be the first time.

Now, it is a SEALED DEAL, and we are not privy to it. But, I am betting that HANDAL knows how to NEGOTIATE for high stakes when the ball is in his court. Let's hope HANDAL took it to the hoop with a slam dunk for us.

I have a good feeling that MARY FALES did us the ultimate favor when we hired her to be our patent agent and then when she became our attorney for the patents.

Teamwork... lets hope I am right in my assumption for all of us.

GLTA ~ LGJ (trading my bag in for a hat is my next move...LOL) baby steps.
