1025 is a copy of the civil agreement....
It is, apparently, a prerequisite that the issues of the civil procedure be filed to the IPR proceeding before the IPR is terminated.
For that consideration, Google and e.Digital motioned for the 1025 information to be sealed in terminating the IPR.....
