Still it appears that most of the outstanding stock is in the float with only 4MM shares in the coffers is that the total pool for insider options? If not where will the options come from? A BOD vote for an increase in the number of shares (and accompanying dilution of common share value... which is admittely not much at present) It would be nice to have the company on the record as to its compensation intentions for key employees (which it seems is all of them at this time ;-)

I am encouraged by the recent events reported here (thanks to everyone for that BTW) even without word from the company, Just trying to get a sense of what might be ahead with out big surprises.
