The selling price would be whatever could be negotiated by both parties as you say.

I was just talking about what the final price would be if EDIG had a value of .10 or .20 when a share of GOOG is $705.00.....

I doubt they would pay cash or shares of Google with voting rights.

I still think a partnership would be best in the long run, just not too long though! LOL
