My interpretation, FWIW.

"Contested" patents are related to the Google case only, doesn't mean that we could not tomorrow begin a suit for any of the other Nunchi patents.

"At this time" tomorrow, next week, next month, we did not say forever. Is it possible that the suits are settled but Google does not want Edig to begin new suits to give the two time to work out a buy out agreement and Google wants to be the one suing in the future? Out on a limb on that one.

Since it came as part of the Google settlement, it is reasonable to assume that it is tied to the settlement, but then again, you know, when you assume............
