It doesn't take much to get to the same size and ability that e.Digital exhibited, which was not much bigger than it is now, when INTEL stepped to the plate.

The difference is, there was no legal action against INTEL, they did their own DD before stepping to the plate, with, or without any consideration for legal issues on products to be designed and sold.

Google, however, has some consideration as to how the new tech offerings will stand up legally for products to be designed and sold.
