UteSam...my above comment was in regard to the Samsung settlement in making a comparison.

I have no idea for the particulars of the Mivatck dismissal. Though it has a similar conclusion to the Samsung dismissal ..with prejudice.....the Mivatek stipulation may or may not have considerations for royalty issues.

There is no way of telling, as they are not telling us in a manner they had in the past.

With that, we do have dismissal conclusions with prejudice Mivatek ...and without prejudice Google for a reason.

The difference suggests to me after reviewing past settlements , with prejudice no royalties...without prejudice royalties....however it's FWIW.
