The list of defendants includes: iSmart Alarm, Inc., iBaby Labs, Inc., MivaTek International, Inc., and MyFox, Inc. IMHO it appears that iSmart Alarm, Inc and iBaby cases remain outstanding to "Settle". IMHO today's PR regarding Miva Tek "Settelment" may indicate further clearings of litigation regarding "Nunchi Patents". No Royalties being mentioned as part of a "Settelment". Why? I don't know but I like the possibilities.
