For whatever reason ... I am guessing that e.Digital will be in SETTLEMENT MODE for the remaining defendants... maybe we will find out the detailed reason soon enough. If we only knew more about the GOOGLE SETTLEMENT... that is the 640 million dollar question...lol

Imagine this P.R..... e.Digital signs exclusive licensing deal with Google. (until they can negotiate a buyout???)

A point to ponder.... This is the first round of NUNCHI Patent infringers and only a couple have licensed e.Digital's technology so far. I am wondering if Google is trying to keep us all to itself... Is that a crazy idea?... let me know what the board things. I know it sounds a bit illogical but we have no real idea as to what the settlement and licensing deal is with Google.
