Pat has been a speaker presenting this and that at every shm since 2008, the year we began in Mar under Duane Morris, LLP Law Firm with the 1st set of suits, we call here the TX 7, then CO 19 came along.

Pat was hired to do our DD with DM which lasted over a year, before DM offered us a contingency deal. Pat had some internal helpers, edig employees, but he was the lead.

I asked after the Sept 17, 2008 shm, "how did you possibly get all the info together and sell a contingency deal to DM?" He said, "lots of late nights at the office and pizza delivered."

This was the beginning how Pat saved the company as I expressed. He has been on our doorstep, ever since, fighting the fight, creating patent after patent, or the doors would have been padlock years ago.

He does not get the credit he deserves on this board, we'll he does, but not enough.
