Case No.: 3:15-cv-00056-BEN-DHB ORDER LIFTING STAY On February 2, 2016, this matter was stayed pending Inter Partes Review (“IPR”) of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (“PTAB”). (ECF No. 60.) On July 11, 2016, Plaintiff and Defendant filed notices stating that the PTAB terminated IPR. (ECF Nos. 61, 62.) As IPR is now complete, the stay is lifted. IT IS SO ORDERED. Dated: July 18, 2016
