Turtle I think it was in the brief settlement statement with Google. It just said that Edig didn't anticipate further litigation at this time or something. It was not absolute, just something different which opened up speculation.
Who ever says they aren't going to litigate? Tuco says when you have to shoot - shoot, don't talk!
