IMO.... Now we wait... and it may be awhile before we hear anything like a PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT with Google Settlement and e.Digital... This forum is privy to this information because we have a very well informed board and we watch the PACERS like a HAWK. But, the general public has NO IDEA anything has happened, much less a settlement with GOOGLE... (much to my displeasure, I might add...sigh) but confidential is confidential and Fred is being as tight lipped as a NUN in CHURCH...lol

Well, as far as I am concerned, I don't mind waiting awhile longer for some sorta settlement information.... especially if its BIG NEWS. Now, if and when a Settlement with Google comes out in the form of a Press Release or big money to the bottom line... investors will be jumping on this .07 cent stock like a MONKEY ON A CUPCAKE!!! lol

I am hoping all the other defendents are lining up to seal a deal with e.Digital.

We wait for now.... but the clock is ticking.... tick tock tick tock.... pay me now or pay me double later. All in my opinion, of course.
