Message: IMO.... Now we wait... Google Settlement with e.Digital

"So they have been tipped off--they may not know how to use Pacer, don't know, but they have the lead."

BLR, if they do know how .....this is all they will read from the order.

"Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiff, e.Digital Corporation, and Defendant, Nest Labs, Inc., hereby stipulate to the dismissal of the action. All claims of infringement that Plaintiff raised or could have raised in this action are dismissed WITH PREJUDICE. All claims, defenses, or counterclaims that Defendant raised are dismissed WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Each party will bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees. Dated: June 27, 2016 HANDAL & ASSOCIATES"

A very uninformative order of dismissal....

What we are aware of is a slip-up by Google in the IPR proceedings....where it proposed a new list of exhibits. The only thing that was added to the old list in creating the new list of exhibits was one item....That being exhibit 1025....the infamous headline of "settlement agreement"...etc....which is now un available on the PTAB site.

It is, however, available through other sources e.g Docket Alarm.....where the list was cached....before the PTAB shut down e.Digitals IPR's.

No one is aware of anything...
