In my most humble opinion.... Believe it or not... e.Digital is making slow but sure progress.

Its looking like a good start to me. Finally, it has taken years but the NUNCHI patents will turn out to be the company's BREAD AND BUTTER patents for years to come.

Settlement, Licensing, and Royality Bearing will be the key words that will build the FOUNDATION of e.Digital's Business. They will continue to go after NUNCHI INFRINGERS.

Now, with that beings said... e.Digital will be developing of a water sensing, conservation, usage, SMART HOME device. This type of action will SOLIDIFY e.Digital's ability to develop a device that actually uses their PATENTED TECHNOLOGY. BINGO, this is what many of us have been waiting for... Finally, its here.

e.Digital will become a viable PRACTICING ENTITY and a REAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY. They will PATENT and DEVELOP technology that works... a COMBINATION that will make them a stronger company when defending their PATENTS.

Now, do I believe e.Digital will make money developing a WATER SENSING SMART HOME DEVICE? Honestly, I have no idea... but, it will be a great start of becoming a PATENT PORTFOLIO and DEVELOPMENT company. It will have a tow fold effect.... defending and developing.

Its been a combination of Focused Leadership, Strong PATENTS, Awesome Patent AGENT, a Brilliant Litigation Team, and continued support of strong investors.... In my opinion, WE HAVE SURVIVED THE STORM & WILL FLOURISH in times to come.
