emma, I'm napping...until e.Digital comes up with a game plan that can overcome the Supreme Court loop hole fashioned for defendants. Regarding a Plaintiff filing a hybrid civil claim of infringement.... that meets Supreme Court decisions (politics) beyond FRCP 84.

It's not over....the courts order was anticipated....as I felt judge Tigar would not go against the Supreme Court decisions to implement improvised procedural issues.

Thing is, it was not just Judge Tigar up against this issue as other Judges had to recently make the same decisions.

They'll figure out something, as the whole inventive IP industry is up against it the same as e.Digital.

emit... there you go yet again, it's all about the judicial system...and nothing more. You either sway with it, or you fold.... there is no other choice. Talking tech has no place anymore.
